Preservation and development of economic systems are targeted objective. The aim always is realized according to the state in which the system is housed, and the environmental conditions. The need to know the factors that control objectives naturally arises and develops the science of purposeful management processes. The relative freedom of the manager to choose alternative development becomes the choice of solutions, from basic to determining factor. Management efficiency d to solve many theoretical and methodological and practical problems. Central among them are occupied with the task of ensuring proper conditions for making and implementing decisions based on objective economic information.
