The solution for the cross-bend oscillations of the elastic beam under cinematic perturbation in the supports is obtained by the methods of the harmonic analysis (Fourier sine transformation). On the base of the obtained solution, the dynamical-robustness and the deformed investigation of beams or structures (modeled at the same perturbation) can be realized.
