The paper presents the results of a study and a theoretical quasi-static method of inscribing into a curve suggested for railway two-axle bogie running in the general case of free determinable wheel axles elastically connected with the frame in the horizontal direction. The problem of bogie quasi-static inscribing into a curve has been solved using the coordinates of wheel-rail contact points determining the parameters from them: the radii of rolling; slopes; curvatures and the contact points dimensions and shapes connected with them; the speeds of sliding between wheels and rails; force interaction between them; kinematics of the wear-and-tear process, etc.
