STUDY OF THE POSSIBILITIES FOR INCREASING THE OPERATIONAL INDICATORS OF THE TRACTION POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM BY DIGITALIZATION
Todor Lalev Railway infrastructure (RI) is a complex facility which consist many technical devices and systems. It is normal functioning depends on their reliable operation and interaction. One of the main systems that ensures the operation of RI is the traction power supply system (TPSS), providing electricity supply to traction loads (electric vehicles).
TPSS is a complex technical structure operating in all conditions with a high degree of reliability and continuous operation, in which, although rarely, various damages and accidents occur during operation. Therefore, the relevance of the study to increase the performance of TPSS is one of the most complex and relevant tasks. This study examines the possibilities for increasing the operational performance of TPSS by digitalization.
