STUDY OF THE ATTITUDES OF STUDENTS FROM TRANSPORT SPECIALTIES STUDYED IN A DUAL FORM OF EDUCATION

Dual learning provides an opportunity to develop key competencies in students, based on knowledge gained in school and practical experience in enterprises.

This way of training and development of professional skills contributes to the faster adaptation and realization of the labor market of young professionals.

This publication aims to present some of the results of a study examining the motivation of students in the dual form of education, conducted among 74 students majoring in ”Automotive Mechatronics” and ”Automotive Engineering”.
