УПРАВЛЕНИЕ НА ИНОВАЦИЯТА В ТРАНСПОРТНАТА ФИРМА
Николай М. Николов Докладът разглежда иновацията в нейната същност и характеристика в управлението на транспортната фирма. Определени са четирите стъпки за развитие на иновативното управление, също така са разгледани и са класифицирани видовете иновации според начина на прилагане, вида на резултатите и подходите в управлението на транспортната фирма. Изведен е иновационния процес и организационната култура като етапи и начин за постигане на иновативно управление в транспортната фирма. Направена е характеристика на устойчивата иновация в транспортната дейност, на целите и инструментите за постигане на устоичиво иновативно развитие на транспортната фирма.
