Erdoan Hadjiev Workplace ergonomics s: to describe the factors influencing work environment using the man-environment model and the difference between load and work-related stress, to explain the term ,,limit of the physiological readiness for work” and its importance in work organization, to illustrate work organization, which leads to satisfaction or causes frustration of employees, to know the basic principles of work structuring, to know the most important factors influencing people’s ability and willingness to work, such as characteristics and core competencies, knowledge and skills, psychological work readiness and motivation, to examine the curve of circadian biological rhythms and the reasons for it, criteria for adequate human work in terms of health protection, abilities preservation and career opportunilitees.
