DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF LABORATORY STAND FOR CONDUCTING CLASSES IN POWER ELECTRONICS

The report examined the possibilities for design and manufacture of laboratory stand on power electronics for the study of transients and behavior of different types rectify voltage for single-phase and three-phase power supplies. Various diagrams of bipolar, FET, Mos and IGBT transistors. General schemes involving tiristiri and triacs, and operational amplifiers, which can realize the power circuits. As an object of study are implemented schemes: pulse width modulator (PWM), pulse frequency modulator (PFM), single phase and three phase inverters.
