There is completely new standard in Bulgaria for thermal insulation of the substructures. Its development is a result of a deep research, subjected to the ambition for higher energy efficiency of the buildings. The standard presents a number of constructive ments and mathematical dependencies by which the construction of the substructures will be optimized both mechanically and thermo technically when designing.
