In some countries railways have been constructed by private companies while building a railway system, international connections or in a case of war it calls for a railway integration and leading by state companies in almost every country. In the last decades for involving private investments and state budget alleviation, partial privation of railways has began in a number of countries. World-famous experience shows that passenger transport has to be done by state railway companies and the fright ones may be realized as well as by private companies under efficient state control.
