Within the project „Flexicoach“, in cooperation with Technische Universität Wien, Fachhochschule St. Pölten, Fachhochschule Joanneum, Siemens, netwiss and ÖBB Personenverkehr AG, passenger opinion surveys regarding their wants and needs were conducted. The aim of those surveys was to obtain information about everything a passenger s, in order to get all information needed various subjects such as duration and frequency of journeys, activities during journey, well-being, stress factors, age, gender and group dimensions, were interrogated.
