![]() THE USE OF E-PORTFOLIO BY THE STUDENTS IN THE LEARNING PROCESS ON DATABASES
Paulina Todorova, Rositsa Todorova The use of the e-portfolio in higher education has grown increasingly popular over the recent years. This is the most modern instrument in the sphere of professional development and in job searching. This report is intended to trace out the development of this idea by considering the increasing of the efficiency of learning/training in the use of the e-portfolio in the subject Informatics (Databases). In the report are presented the results of the analysis of the work of students in Informatics related to the use of e-portfolio. The main functions of the e-portfolio in the learning of Informatics are clarified. An attempt is made at establishing the importance and the effectiveness of the e-portfolio in respect to the realization of the objectives in the learning of Informatics.
