In recent years significantly increased natural disasters within our country, which lead to significant negative consequences for the transport. This calls for an objective risk assessment on which basis to take appropriate effective action to reduce the damage. This paper offers a comprehensive approach to risk assessment due to natural disasters of the transport on the basis of actuarial model taking into account the available quantitative information. In particular, the specific peculiarities of the individual risk model are presented. Justified the idea, the proposed model to be involved in developing information system risk assessment due to natural disasters using technology Cloud computing.
