Developed block diagram of the simulation model to assess the individual risk, taking into account the influence of insurance systems in level crossing. Made detailed description of segments in the model is provided: trains, road vehicles and pedestrians, automatic crossing device of level crossing, dangers, made hazards (accidents), consequences of accidents. In describing consider existing connections traffic lights before level crossing with a barrier and adopted of the level crossing hazards, is allowed possibility for improper passing (half barrier circumvent) the level crossing of the road vehicles and pedestrians. Block diagram of the simulation model illustrates the ways through which to explore the relationships of influencing parameters on individual risk, in order to meet the requirements of European standards.
