Improved methods for setting the maximum and sufficient capacity of the railway sections of the transportation system have been developed according to the main factors and new indicators for infrastructure fares, which were introduced in the process of separating the exploitation transportation work from the railway infrastructure. Methods have been presented through their formula and graphic aspect with some cases and graphics for particular conditions of the railways for current and prospective indicators. There are also some useful conclusions and practical suggestions.
