![]() KINEMATICS AND FORCE?S PARAMETERS OF HYDROMECHANICAL TRANSMISSION?S MODULES WITH DIVISION OF POWER FLOW FOR BUSES, TRUCK CARS AND SPECIAL TRANSPORT MACHINES
Penko Tzvetkov Petkov Currently the largest application of hydromechanical gearing /HMG/ with externally division of power flow have been found in the buses, track cars, tip-lorry and special vehicles transmissions.
Regardless of the high range over a large number of power flow regulation, this type of transmission has a low efficiency. The ambition for increase of velocity, power-economic and eco-logical characteristics of auto transport vehicles /ATV/ is connected with continuously development of their constructions. One of the decision to answer of the characteristics is developing and run out new types of transmission mechanisms. Modules of differential hydromechanical gears used in the buses, track cars and special transport machine?s transmissions has been established in this work. Typical speciality of this type of transmission is that the power is divided in two flows with parallel working mechanical and hydraulic sections. Kinematics and force?s analysis has been done as well as a valuation of the parameters of different modules of differential hydromechanical transmission with outside division of power flow has been represented. The main module parameters and characteristics have been determined and different variants of two flow?s HMG have been evaluated. The advantages and disantvantages of the both possible module variants of HMG with outside dividing of power flow have been presented. The information and results received could be use in design, construction and calculation of automatic hydromechanical transmissions for different type of ATV. модул на хидромеханична предавка автотранспортно средство хидротрансформатор диференциално звено кинематично и силово предавателно число коефициент на натоварванеmodule of hydromechanical transmission vehicle hydro transformer differential sectioPenko Tzvetkov Petkov |
