The second part of the report examines the specific risks in the budgeting process in a budget structure, and more specifically in VTU ”Todor Kableshkov”.

An analysis of the possible risks has been made, and for each individual risk assessments have been prepared and recommendations for overcoming them have been indicated.

The primary objective is to minimize risks and reduce negative impacts on the institution, its students, faculty and the larger community.

Risks associated with the budgeting process can have a significant impact on the financial health and success of an organization.
