Svilen Borissov

The report examines the development of the transport of dangerous goods by road over the last decade, looking at the key changes that have occurred to the ADR Agreement. The reasons for their introduction are identified and their impact on related industries is analysed. The changes to the conditions to which the appropriate units in the transport chain related to the supply of dangerous goods must be adapted - manufacturers of vehicles and equipment, consignors, carriers, consignees, forwarders, insurers, consultants, educational forms and control bodies - have also been considered.
