Railway floor crane UK is designed to replace a railway, consisting of units made of rail-traverse grill with a length of up to 25 m.

On a developed model of a railway floor crane УК, a system is installed in its electrical circuit, simulating failures in the operation of the crane. This in turn leads to analyzing the problem and finding solutions to solve it through various methods of reliability.

A railway floor crane is a complex technical system consisting of several elements that are interconnected in such a way that the system as a whole is able to fulfill a set of pre-set ments. In this regard, the main concern of reliability specialists is to identify potential system failures, as well as to evaluate the design, manufacture or operation of the product.

Of course, there are many different reasons for technical failures, as there are different criteria as to which event can be classified as an excerpt from the individual element and what its impact is on the functionality of the system. The common denominator is that, in principle, all and in practice almost always the reasons for refusals can be identified and corrected. Undoubtedly, this is a very complex process, for the successful implementation of which a number of approaches and methods can be used.
