DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATIVE PRACTICES IN THE RAILWAY SECTOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY

This development observes the historical development of the railway in Turkey and the innovative practices that are applied to improve the quality of service and quality of performance.

Taking a step-by-step look at construction, reconstruction and modernization from the first railway to the present day. The innovative management practices through which the accelerated development of Turkish railways has been achieved and maintained are also presented. Financial investments in different periods are also reflected, through which the importance given to this sector can be observed.

The measures taken during an emergency epidemic situation and the restructuring of the sector to work under such circumstances are reflected.

As a conclusion, a table of international infrastructure projects is presented in the development.
