![]() INCREASED MOTIVATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES, A FACTOR FOR ACHIEVING HIGHER ECONOMIC RESULTS FOR THE TRANSPORT COMPANY
Veselin Grozdanov, Ivailo Atanasov The labor market has an important economic and social importance for society. For the development of any transport enterprise (for economic prosperity) it is not only important what rolling stock it has, but also what human resources it can rely on. Human resources are a strategic resource for any organization. To achieve its economic goals, a transport company needs well-trained personnel. The management of human resources should not be considered only as an economic appendage of the enterprise in which they are employed, but at the same time as a common set of different destinies. In the last five decades, the labor market in Bulgaria has been undergoing rapid changes. Until 1989, transport enterprises operated under centralized management, while after 1990, for a period of 30 years, transport enterprises were constantly transformed, adopting international norms of organization and management of labor resources.
