THE ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS IN A PANDEMIC CONDITION - TRENDS AND CHALLENGES

The Kovid-19 pandemic has triggered a global crisis with health, social, psychological, economic and political consequences.

The present study aims to analyze and present the role of human resources management specialists, the new challenges and trends facing them, the development of the HR function in a pandemic.

For this purpose, the key problems in human resource management are analyzed and presented and where the attention of managers and human resources management specialists should be focused.
