SAFETY AND FAILURELESSNESS WHEN OPERATING BRIDGE CRANES
Krasimir Canev In all machine-building enterprises, and especially in the repair ones, dismantling and assembly works are carried out, which very often the use of lifting vehicles. This type of activity is dangerous, so occupational safety is ensured by specific instructions for each professional activity.
”Load crane” is a machine with cyclic action, designed for lifting and moving a load in space, suspended by means of a hook or other load - carrying bodies. The investment in a safety system when working with overhead crane cranes is subordinated to the main goal of preventing accidents threatening the health and life of a person during work. There is a streamlined system for testing the safety of these cranes. Factors that could lead to an accident are divided into three categories - arising from the consumer, the taps or the enterprise. Accidents are often the result of cranes specific to the cranes themselves. The movement of materials or products between cranes in an enterprise and the observance of measures to achieve their safety at work should not be neglected.
