APPLICATION OF MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES
FOR REMOTE LEARNING, COMMUNICATIONS
AND ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT
Dimitar Dimitrov, Irena Petrova, Antony Grancharov The report analyzes the modern information tools and management systems for university activities. On the basis of this analysis an applied model for management of the educational and administrative work is built. This model is based on the good practices and modern information tools of Microsoft products, as well as other world market leaders. The model has been implemented and tested in the network of VTU ”Todor Kableshkov”, and its short use so far shows that this is a solid basis for the implementation and development of remote learning, communication and academic management.
