STUDY THE RELIABILITY OF THE BOGIES OF METROPOLITAN

The reliability of the machines and systems depends on the reliability of the elements entering them, the level of the design, the quality of the workmanship, the operating conditions, etc. Most of the factors determining the reliability of bogies for metro wagons have a random character (load, limit state, etc.). The basic method for testing the reliability is statistical method and the main tool is the theory of probability. The article analyzes the reliability of bogies for metro wagons. To determine the exact indicators of reliability as the probability of trouble-free operation, the intensity and frequency of failures and the mathematical expectation is the study of the elements of the suspension and frame structures bogies for metro wagons operating in the city Sofia. Were observed structures bogies for metro wagons type 81-717/81-714, 81-717.4/81-714.4 and 81-740.2/ 741.2 Rusich, operated on the territory of Bulgaria and Russia for the observation period elapsed total mileage of about 2-3 million kilometers. To determine the law of distribution of processing to failure, data on the occurrence of first refusal for bogie components for metro wagons are processed with software. They are built charts and statistical models and are defined indicators of reliability. The type of law of distribution of work to first refusal is defined for bogies of metro wagons.
