NEW GENERATION DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES TO INCREASE THE QUALITY OF TRAINING

The article analyzes the opportunities for improving the quality of training through the use of the Semantic Web. Thus, in the process of development by lecturers and students of personalized e-learning teachers and students of personalized e-learning, search engines could interpret the content of user queries by linking the information at retrieving knowledge from the so-called ”Big Data”.

In turn, the applying of semantic training methods can reinforce the interdisciplinary linking of knowledge in order to provide a holistic approach in studying the individual disciplines of the curriculum of the specialty in which students receive their unified with other universities training.

For this purpose, students must have unique Internet profiles with a simple design that focuses on the most important thing through API (Application Programming Interface). The article presents the benefits of implementing Web 3.0 technology in the modern educational process, along with the benefits of Web 2.0 technology, characterized by a variety of opportunities for group work, presenting the products of this work on a planetary level, democratic and transparent process of training and assessment, as well as developing skills for professional communication among students.
