ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL EFFECTS OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ACTIVITY OF BUS UNIT DRUZHBA “SOFIA AUTO TRANSPORT” EAD

The purpose of the research is evaluation of the economic and the social effects of the activity of bus unit Druzhba “SOFIA AUTO TRANSPORT”EAD and recommendation for their development. The topic could be defined as “topic of the day” due to the increase of the environment pollution and the economic expenses of the city transport work. The directions of their decrease are placed in the European transport policy. The bus lines, examined in details, are А76 and А604. Represented in the above research are the current exploitation plans and their improvement in view of the economic and the social effects. Through quantified and value – based assessment of the economic and the social effects are determined the advantages for the bus unit and the advantages for the society at all.
