PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF LECTURING TEAMS AT TODOR KABLESHKOV UNIVERSITY OF TRANSPORT

This paper presents an original concept of performance indicators of the lecturing teams at Todor Kableshkov University of Transport. The concept combines classical and up-to-date achievements of management, social and behavioural sciences with regulations, traditions and common practices of Todor Kableshkov University of Transport. According to the concept, performance indicators of the lecturing teams at Todor Kableshkov University of Transport are classified in three groups: lecturing team formation indicators, lecturing team activity indicators and lecturing team results indicators. The concept proposed in this paper could be considered as an element of an author’s model for control on lecturing teams.
