A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF RELIABILITY OF THE RESULTS OF MODERNIZATION OF THE MECHANICAL PART OF A COMPLEX TECHNICAL OBJECT

Vladimir Boyadzhiev

Production capacities engaged in the production of spare parts for transport equipment in our country are to a large extent amortized - morally and physically. A relatively affordable option to upgrade this production equipment is to carry out modernization. The object of this report is the modernization of the mechanical part of such a complex technical object. Usually there are various options for performing a specific modernization - for example, there is a choice between different system manufacturers, modules, and components. The report proposes a methodology for comparative study among different options for modernization. The benchmark is the state of operational reliability, and from there - and the working efficiency of the research objects after the modernization. For this purpose proposed model, which s a appropriate set of indicators, characterizing operational reliability and work efficiency of the complex technical objects studied, undergoing modernization. The machines are tested in conditions of real exploitation. In pre-developed forms are recorded all failures occurring in the mechanical part of the investigated objects. Based on the experimentally derived numerical values of these indicators through comparative analysis relevant conclusions and recommendations are made.
