MODELS FOR QUALITY MEASUREMENT AND RESULTS ASSESSMENT OF THE TEACHER”S ACTIVITY AT UNIVERSITIES

One of the reasons for the low motivation of teachers at universities is the lack of effective relationship between results and the remuneration they receive. In the present publication, various approaches and methods for quality assessment are studied. A mechanism for objective personal assessments is proposed. The author has chosen to apply a model for quality measurement and results assessment of the teacher”s activity. The model isbased on the understanding that ”if everything is done in the right way, then the results achieved are qualitative”.
