RELIABILITY STUDY OF THE RESULTS OF THE MODERNIZATION OF ELECTRONIC PARTS OF COMPLEX TECHNICAL OBJECTS

V. Boyadzhiev

The report examines the characteristics of the study of operational reliability and working efficiency before and after the modernization of the technical object. More specifically examined is the electronic part of a complex technical object. Certain values are relevant indicators for operational reliability and work efficiency, which are needed for the planning of future production programs. For the needs of the particular study as a method for gathering information about the emerging failures was chosen method of monitored exploitation. The particular object of the study is the electronic part of Metal-cutting machine with CNC, small size, native production. The object was studied for two phases - one before, the other - after the modernization. Each of the two stage covers a period of about 1000 - 1200 hours. The collection of information emerging failures takes place in pre-prepared forms. Depending on the needs of the particular study in these forms reflect a different set of characteristics for each failure - time of occurrence of the failure, time of arrival of maintenance personnel, type and nature of the refusal, the most probable cause and others. Based on comparative analysis are formulated concrete conclusions.
