THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL SURVEILLANCE OF ELEVATING GEAR MACHINES

The present report aims to investigate the beginning of the technical surveillance of elevating gear machines and improving the work safety. The main reason for failures and accidents is human error while working and the lack of good diagnostics of elevating gear machines . A comparison has been made between the technical surveillance in Germany, Poland and Bulgaria. What is common between the three countries is the implementation of electronic systems for technical surveillance of elevating gear machines. The new thing for Bulgaria, implemented from the other two countries, is increasing the importance of the education of the employees, working with elevating gear machine . The method of expert evaluation of the frequency of an unfortunate event and the processing of the data by a group of qualified specialists – experts leads to decreasing the number of the unexpected failures of the machines. Legal changes are necessary as well for improving the safety, aimed at making stricter ments for elevating gear machine
