Logistics management of production processes s analysis and detailed description of the phases of material resources processing. It s planning and optimization of activities associated with supply management, inventory size determination, process optimization in the logistics system. It can be reduced to the establishment of weaknesses, deteriorating the finished production quality or increase the production costs. The choice of concept for improvement of logistics activities s the analysis of critical conditions leading to overuse of resources. The objectives connected with the company that is object of the study are: inventory and maintenance costs/holding costs reduction, acceleration the circulation of capital and reducing the cost price of the finished product during order processing.
