OPERATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS

The article analyze the communications and information systems as open hierarchical distributed complex systems, interacting with information space and as an object of adaptation, self-organization and development. The concept of operational sustainability of communications and information system as the ability to store or restore (full or partial) ability to perform the functions that are assigned in terms of destructive factors is defined. Quality criteria for treatment of flows data objects are justified. Аdaptation strategies are described , in order to ensure operational sustainability and the tasks to be solved in periods of functional readjustment are described. Мodel as a queueing system is shown. Еlements of repetitive structures with their properties and interaction with Petri nets are described .
