PROJECT FOR AMENDMENT OF "REGULATIO № 7 OF 2004 ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY, HEAT AND ENERGY SAVING IN BUILDINGS", AND TRANSMITTANCE OF THE BUILDING ENVELOPE

By adopting the "Regulation № 7 for energy efficiency, heat and energy saving in buildings" at the end of 2004 were set maximum values for the coefficients of thermal transmittance of the surrounding structures of buildings with regulatory internal temperature higher than 19 C design and implementation of new buildings and also for buildings subject to reconstruction, major upgrade, overhaul or refurbishment of existing buildings.

Ordinance underwent several revisions and additions as the maximum values for the coefficients of thermal transmittance of the surrounding structures of buildings were called "reference", but reduce their value is set more stringent ments for thermal characteristics of the elements of enclosing structures of buildings.

Recently the website of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (Works) has published for consultation draft "Ordinance amending and supplementing Regulation № 7 of 2004 on energy efficiency, heat and energy savings in buildings." One of the objectives to be pursued by the authors of the project is to determine the minimum ments for energy efficiency in residential and public buildings, as well as ways to express the technical ments for the energy performance of buildings. Ways to express the technical ments for the energy performance of buildings are three and two of them are related to thermal transmittance of enclosing structures of buildings.

What are the changes in the value of thermal transmittance of different types of elements from the surrounding structures such as technical criteria for energy efficiency and meet you in recent years insulated buildings with external insulation systems of the proposed ments?
