It is a fact that the trend towards increasing mobility will become more and more important and will be decisive for the technological development of railway transport in the coming years. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to create conditions for obtaining the necessary information in a convenient and fast manner, both during travel and when planning the trip, including by disadvantaged persons (PRM). In this respect, the use of Internet technologies in accordance with the principles of ontology and the conceptual resource of semiotics will be crucial for the implementation of integrated information systems and transport management systems, designed to facilitate the service of smart mobility, traffic management in order to implement effective monitoring of the infrastructure and vehicles and information systems, providing passenger and travel booking information and payment in real time.
