![]() USING POWERFUL LASER LEVELS IN CIVIL TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING
Roumen A. Ivanov, Peter P. Branzalov, Nevena Babunska-Ivanova, Kosta P. Kostov The present work examined the use of laser levels in civil transportation engineering. It has been made a comparison between measurements performed at the field with optical and laser levels. Experimental verification of the capabilities of laser levels show their advantage in relation of work volume and measurements in adverse conditions compared to the optical levels. This innovative approach save efforts and time to perform some of the engineering surveying work in civil transportation engineering.
