USING FINITE ELEMENT METHOD BY DESIGN OF IMPACT CRUSHER FOR AVERAGE CRUSHING

The present development deals with the research of stresses and deformations in the impact crusher for average crushing. The proposed methodology s the stages: deformation of loads acting in the rotor and the shaft of impact crusher and after that applying these loads on a computer 3D model. As a result of that we obtain the stresses and deformations. In this way we can get the real picture for the bearing capacity of the shaft and for values of stresses and deformations in critical points of constructions.
