ВНЕДРЯВАНЕ НА ИЗКУСТВЕН ИНТЕЛЕКТ В СЕКТОР „ТРАНСПОРТ И СКЛАДИРАНЕ“ В ЕВРОПЕЙСКИЯ СЪЮЗ: ЕМПИРИЧЕН АНАЛИЗ НА ТЕНДЕНЦИИТЕ И БАРИЕРИТЕ

Дигиталната трансформация е приоритет на ЕС, като изкуственият интелект (ИИ) е ключов за конкурентоспособността и устойчивостта в сектор „Транспорт и складиране“ (NACE Rev. 2, раздел H). Изследването анализира нивата на внедряване на ИИ и бариерите пред предприятията от сектора на ниво ЕС-27, използвайки данни на Евростат. Резултатите показват бавно изменение до 2023 г. и ускоряване през 2024-2025 г., водено от генеративни приложения като ИИ за изображения/видео/звук, генериране на естествен език (NLP) и разпознаване на говор. Основните идентифицирани бариери са дефицит на експертиза, правна несигурност и опасения за защита на данните. Ускорението след 2023 г. отразява по-висока достъпност на решения и политики на ЕС (вкл. Регламент (ЕС) 2024/1689), но структурните особености на сектора ограничават мащабирането на ИИ технологиите. Налице е отчетлива нужда от мерки за развитие на цифрови компетенции, стандартизация и управление на данните.
