INTERNAL QUALITY ASSESSMENT SYSTEM IN THE HIGHER TRANSPORT SCHOOL TODOR KABLESHKOV – ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY AND DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT

The article analyzes the internal quality assessment system in the Higher Transport School “Todor Kableshkov”. Emphasis is placed on the role of the system as a key tool for improving the effectiveness of the educational process conducted at the higher school. It is noted that the basis of any internal quality assurance system are the standards developed within the framework of the European Higher Education Area - ESG (Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance). The purpose of the study is to examine and evaluate the implemented internal assessment mechanisms, to determine their effectiveness, as well as to determine the degree of compliance with modern ments for quality management in higher education. As a result of the analysis, the strengths of the implemented internal quality assessment system are indicated, weaknesses are identified, and the challenges that arise in assessing the quality of the educational service are assessed. Recommendations are given for improving the system, through which existing processes are built on and improved. Quality management is a continuous process that s commitment, cooperation and strategic leadership. A well-functioning quality system can be considered as a guarantor of sustainable development of higher education, and provides an opportunity for innovative development, national and international recognition. Quality educational service is a national priority that higher education institutions develop and improve.
