EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE INTERIOR NOISE OF TRAM CARS IN THE CITY OF SOFIA

The object of study in the report are the traffic areas of electric vehicles (autonomous and non-autonomous) in the city of Sofia.

The following vehicles were studied, electric bus HIGHER with inventory No. 5057 on line E No. 74, trolleybus Solaris 26Tr with inventory No. 1617 on line TB No. 8 of the public transport network of the city of Sofia and are operated by ”Stolichny Elektrotransport” EAD. The experimental study was carried out under normal operating conditions for the period from 1.08.2022 to 1.12.2022.

Noise levels in different traffic modes were measured and recorded graphically.

The main objective is to compare the noise levels for different vehicles and different routes.

A large amount of data has been obtained from the experimental studies. Some of them are shown graphically in the report. A detailed analysis of the obtained results is made and the final noise level values are determined.
