ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION GRADUATES

This report provides a detailed analysis of the quality of vocational training, as well as the future professional realization of students in vocational high schools who have acquired Certificates of Professional Qualification (CPC). The study was conducted on the basis of questionnaires on the satisfaction of graduates of secondary vocational education, their realization after successful graduation, as well as their future development in two directions (directions). The first direction refers to subsequent training, as well as additional courses for retraining, acquisition of higher education. The second direction concerns the personnel realization of the young generation of Bulgaria. One of the priorities in state policy is the promotion and expansion of admission to vocational training already in secondary education. This is dictated by the fact that business is experiencing an acute shortage of highly and medium-qualified specialists.

The main goal of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the quality and sustainability of vocational training, as well as to track the future realization of high school graduates.
