The main advantage of railway transport is its reliability, safety and, above all, environmental sustainability. Railway transport is the most environmentally friendly mode of transport, but unfortunately in our country it is hampered by outdated business and operational practices and the presence of too much aging infrastructure and rolling stock. These negatives should be overcome by reducing operating costs and, together with the acceleration of innovations, to help realize the full potential of railway transport. The development analyzes the service provided by BDZ ”Passenger Transport” transport service. The future market for railway services is also analyzed by improving the offered service.
